Senior Specialist, Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of advertiser or agency accounts, driving retention, growth, and long-term value through campaign success.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and increased budget allocation based on performance and new capabilities.
- Act as the primary post-sale point of contact, ensuring a high-quality experience for advertisers or agencies.
- Conduct regular business reviews with advertisers, sharing insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to address campaign issues and improve performance.
- Proactively identify risks to retention or performance and implement mitigation strategies.
- Educate advertisers or agencies on new ad formats, targeting capabilities, and platform enhancements.
- Use data and insights to guide advertisers or agencies toward best practices in AI-driven advertising.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, tracking account health, opportunities, and engagement.
- Partner with Customer Acquisition Representatives to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign launch.
- Advocate for customer needs internally, providing feedback to improve product and go-to-market strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning the platform as a strategic advertising partner.
- Meet or exceed revenue retention and growth targets within assigned accounts.
- Native-level Korean language proficiency (spoken, written, and reading) is required as the incumbent will manage Korean-speaking advertiser and agency accounts, conduct business reviews, provide campaign performance consultations, deliver presentations, and handle day-to-day customer communications in Korean.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success in digital advertising or ad tech.
- Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, ROAS).
- Experience managing and growing advertiser budgets across digital channels. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with AI-driven advertising or emerging ad formats is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems required.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts in parallel.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client success.
- Ability to operate in a fast-evolving, innovative product environment.
