Social Commerce Growth Associate (2-Day Project)
3000 - 3500 SGDPart-time
NISHIN BABY PTE. LTD.
About us
We are a Singapore-based mother and baby brand with supply-chain partners in China and customers in Singapore and Malaysia. This term, seven student teams from Lee Kong Chian School of Business developed growth strategies for us, covering website and SEO, generative AI search, Instagram, and TikTok social commerce.
The role (2 days)
- 9 Nov (full day): Review the seven strategy decks and identify the most practical ideas.
- 10 Nov (morning): Attend the student presentations with our founder, contribute to the feedback discussion, and help shape a prioritised 30-day action plan.
Requirements
- Degree or final-year studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with a social media account, e-commerce store, or digital marketing project (internship, freelance or personal projects all count).
- Working knowledge of SEO and interest in AI search.
- Ability to turn multiple proposals into clear priorities.
- Professional proficiency in English and Chinese. Chinese is required because the role involves reviewing Chinese-language platforms such as Xiaohongshu, and the action plan will be used with our Chinese-speaking supply-chain partners.
What we offer
- A project fee for the two days.
- Direct exposure to founder-level brand decisions.
- Opportunity for ongoing project work for strong performers.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
