Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email or phone
- Prepare sales-related documents, such as sales quotations for customers, tender documents, proposals, contracts, etc.
- Assist in tracking sales activities and progress against targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests and orders.
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned by the Sales team and Management
- Indoor/Outdoor sales co-ordination
- Responds to customers' expectation and issues effectively.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in the trading or distribution industry
