We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to oversee, develop, and maintain project schedules for our large-scale offshore/oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that engineering, procurement, and construction milestones are met efficiently using industry-standard planning tools.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update baseline project schedules (Level 3/4) using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Monitor progress, analyze variances, and perform Critical Path Analysis (CPA) to identify potential delays.
Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and construction teams to resource-load schedules and optimize workflows.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and man-hour histograms for management and client review.
Evaluate the impact of change orders on project timelines and recommend mitigation plans.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Marine preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of planning experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Marine industry.
Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles.
Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with stakeholders.
2. Welding Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Welding Engineer to oversee welding engineering activities, ensure structural integrity, and maintain code compliance across our engineering and fabrication projects. You will be responsible for developing procedures and supervising quality controls to meet stringent client and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review client specifications, drawings, and international codes (AWS, ASME, API, ISO) to establish welding requirements.
Develop and qualify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR).
Oversee Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ) and maintain up-to-date welder continuity logs.
Provide technical support to the fabrication yard and workshop regarding welding methods, consumables, and defect troubleshooting.
Collaborate with the NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) team to review weld quality and implement corrective actions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
Certified Welding Engineer (CSWIP 3.1/3.2, AWS-CWE, or International Welding Engineer - IWE status) is highly preferred.
4+ years of hands-on welding engineering experience within offshore fabrication, shipyards, or heavy engineering.
Deep knowledge of NDT methods and metallurgical behaviors of various steel grades.
3. Mechanical Engineer (Static / Rotating)

Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile Mechanical Engineer to support the engineering design, technical evaluation, and installation supervision of static and/or rotating equipment for offshore and marine structures.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical design calculations and review technical specifications for equipment (pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, skids).
Prepare data sheets, technical requisitions, and carry out Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) for vendor selections.
Review vendor drawings and documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and global standards (API, ASME, ANSI).
Interface with cross-functional engineering disciplines (piping, electrical, instrumentation) to resolve design conflicts.
Provide site or shipyard support during mechanical completion, testing, and pre-commissioning phases.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of engineering experience in Oil & Gas upstream/downstream or marine projects.
Familiarity with industry design software (e.g., PV Elite, COMPRESS) and global standards (ASME Sec VIII, API 610, API 617, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering technical solutions on time.
4. Telecom Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecom Engineer to design, integrate, and commission comprehensive telecommunication systems for offshore platforms, FPSOs, or marine vessels. This role involves managing complex systems ranging from safety networks to high-speed data communications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and engineer telecommunications subsystems, including PAGA (Public Address General Alarm), CCTV, Access Control, Lan/Wan networks, UHF/VHF radio, and VSAT systems .
Prepare block diagrams, cable schedules, telecom layouts, and termination drawings.
Draft technical specifications and material requisitions for telecom packages and handle vendor evaluations.
Supervise system integration, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
Ensure systems comply with class society requirements (ABS, DNV, etc.) and international telecom standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical Engineering.
