Location: Orchard Area
Hours: 44 hours, 5 days work week, Operational Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly on arrival and departure
- Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery
- Escort guests to rooms and share hotel information
- Support guest requests, directions, and transportation arrangements
- Handle packages, messages, mail, and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby and concierge areas
- Support Front Office and Concierge operations during busy periods
- Assist with VIP arrivals, departures, and special arrangements
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, concierge, or guest service is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-oriented, positive, and professional
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to lift and transport luggage safely
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
- Basic spoken and written English
