As an Executive Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions while building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and successful placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Proactively identify, engage, and attract quality candidates through various sourcing channels, networking, and market research.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate experience, skills, and overall suitability.
- Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities using internal systems and recruitment platforms.
- Stay informed of industry developments and market trends to provide valuable recruitment insights.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, sales, business development, or a client-facing role is advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve goals.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and performance-driven environment.
