One Tech Stop is looking for a Data Scientist to lead the delivery of AI and data-driven initiatives. This role sits between business stakeholders and technical teams , translating business challenges into practical AI/data solutions and driving projects from ideation through to production.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead end-to-end AI and Data Science projects , from requirements gathering and planning through development, testing, deployment and handover.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and opportunities , translating them into clear project objectives and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Developers, Engineers and Technical Leads to deliver practical and scalable solutions.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Apply Agile / Scrum methodologies to support effective project delivery.
- Coordinate UAT, production readiness, deployment and transition to operational teams.
- Present project updates, technical findings and outcomes to business and senior stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment between business and technology teams.
- Ensure project documentation, approvals, governance and handover requirements are completed.
- Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance business productivity through AI, data and technology .
REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related discipline .
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Data/AI project delivery, Technical Business Analysis, Technical Project Management, Product Ownership or similar roles.
- Experience managing projects across the AI / Data Science lifecycle from ideation to production.
- Good understanding of AI/ML, data-driven solutions and technology delivery .
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Able to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions .
- Proactive, analytical and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

- Location: Central
- Working hours: 5 Days
- Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
