A leading travel retail organisation is seeking a proactive HR Executive specialising in Training & Development to support learning initiatives across its frontline and corporate teams. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on training facilitation, in-store coaching, and L&D operations within a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding programmes for retail frontline staff and corporate new hires.
- Facilitate Service Excellence workshops and reinforce corporate grooming standards.
- Conduct regular in-store coaching across Changi Airport to strengthen service and operational standards.
- Manage airport-specific training programmes, learning portals, and training registrations.
- Coordinate mandatory training including First Aid, Trade Compliance, and Security Compliance.
- Review and improve L&D processes and SOPs, including training-related administration and payments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly training reports and track participation and effectiveness.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and broader HR projects.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in training facilitation, preferably within retail, F&B, travel retail, or a high-touch service environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong administrative and reporting capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience with SkillsFuture Singapore or WSG training grants is an advantage.
