The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare Research and Development (R&D) company
- Duration: 6 months contract (Renewable to max 1 or 2 years)
- Salary Range: $3,500 to $4,000
- Nearest MRT Buona Vista
- Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Scope
- Manage day-to-day operations, including meetings, procurement, and administrative support
- Coordinate board and programme meetings, including agendas and minute-taking
- Support programme activities and events, including partner coordination and travel arrangements
- Manage the full grant lifecycle, including applications, tracking, and reporting
- Oversee budgets, financial claims, audits, and preparation of financial and progress reports
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant operations
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers for finance-related duties
- Experience in grants, claims, or budgeting is an advantage!
