Job Summary
The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering professional nursing care to patients in the Inpatient Ward/Suite in accordance with established nursing policies, clinical guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' nursing needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised nursing care plans to ensure appropriate and effective patient care.
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards, protocols, and patient safety requirements.
- Monitor patients' conditions, document nursing interventions, and communicate relevant clinical information to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the nursing and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
- Assist the Nurse Manager and relevant clinicians with ad hoc duties and operational activities as required.
