We are seeking for someone who is self-motivated and driven to join our team.
- Design commercial structures, purchase, tolling, transportation, storage, regasification, and optimisation agreements.
- Support negotiations by analysing commercial trade-offs and recommending optimal contractual structures.
- Build and maintain valuation models for transactions and portfolio opportunities.
- Provide commercial insights to trading and origination teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and assess market, credit, operational, contractual, and regulatory risks associated with structured transactions.
- Collaborate with Market Risk and Credit Risk teams to ensure transactions comply with risk limits and governance requirements.
- Recommend hedging strategies to mitigate commodity price, freight, FX, and basis risks.
- Other duties and responsibilities as the Company may see fit.
