- Research & develop product/processes to integrate with Film Insert Molding applications and molding.
- Innovate techniques/methods in achieving operations efficiency, safety and cost effectiveness.
- Lead Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) on process/quality related issues.
- Provide Business Development team in preparing product costing details of new RFQ
- Support corporate R&D team in other technology innovation related to plastic manufacturing.
- Detailed JD will be provided upon application
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Product Design Engineering /Mechatronics or related discipline.
- Familiar with Plastic Injection molded parts design
- Exposure in Mechanical and Engineering Design for Process Development or Engineering solutions
- Competent in Engineering calculations. Familiarity with manufacturing environments and preventive maintenance practices
- Experience in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, Inventor)
- Location: Joo Koon| Mondays to Fridays (8:30am to 5:45pm)
- Monthly salary x 13 + Variable Bonus. Monthly salary will commensurate according to experiences
