Basic Salary: $2,500/month
Fixed Allowances: $300/month
Completion Bonus: Up to 1 month of basic salary
Additional: Competitive performance-based commission (paid directly by City Energy)
Annual Leave: 14 Days
What You'll Be Doing:
• Work closely with the Interior Design team to recommend suitable gas kitchen appliances to customers
• Cross-sell gas water heaters and clothes dryers
• Coordinate installation and turn-on arrangements for customers
• Attend to walk-in customer enquiries at the display kiosk and phone enquiries
• Explain product features and usage clearly and professionally
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
• Participate in outdoor sales activities, promotions, and roadshows when required
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
We're Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year of working experience , preferably in retail or sales
• Able to work 6 days per week , including weekends and Public Holidays
Monday – Friday: Earliest 11.00am – latest 10.00pm
Weekends: Earliest 10.00am – latest 10.00pm
• 8 hours per day, including 45-minute break
• 6-day work week
