Job Description & Requirements
Fita Bake & Cake Pte Limited is seeking a capable and experienced Managing Director to lead the company’s overall business operations, strategic growth and corporate management within the food & beverage industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall business operations and strategic direction of the company
- Develop and implement long-term business growth plans and operational strategies
- Lead corporate planning, financial performance and business development activities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners
- Monitor company performance, profitability and operational efficiency
- Manage and supervise key departments including operations, sales, marketing and administration
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory and statutory requirements applicable to food & beverage operations
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion plans for the business
- Lead decision-making processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent the company in business meetings, negotiations and external engagements
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
- Experience in food & beverage, hospitality or retail business operations will be an advantage
- Good business development and operational management capabilities
- Ability to manage company growth and multi-functional operations effectively
- Familiar with Singapore business and regulatory environment
