Creative Director

Brand Ownership – Define, maintain, and evolve Kyberlife's brand identity (logo systems, colour palette, typography, tone of voice) and enforce consistency across all regional offices and business units.
Marketing Design & Formats – Design and produce marketing collateral across digital and print formats, including pitch decks, brochures, email templates, landing pages, and campaign creatives for a marketplace listing over 3.2 million products across six regional markets.
UI/UX Advisory – Act as the creative/design authority advising the product and engineering teams on UI/UX best practices for the Kyberlife marketplace platform, ensuring a consistent, user-friendly visual experience for buyers and sellers.
Video Creation – Plan, shoot, and edit video content (product explainers, partner/customer testimonials, social and event highlight reels, internal communications) from concept through final cut.
Social Media Creation – Own the visual content pipeline for Kyberlife's social media channels, producing posts, banners, and short-form video tailored to each platform and regional audience.
Advertising & Campaign Creative – Liaise closely with the Marketing and Business Development/Sales teams to translate campaign briefs into high-quality ads, banners, and posts, iterating quickly based on performance feedback.
Tooling & Workflow – Use Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, and relevant design/image/video generation tools to maximise creative output and turnaround speed.
Freelancer & Vendor Management – Source, brief, and manage freelance designers, videographers, and other creative vendors, reviewing work against brand standards and timelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with regional GMs and BD leads in Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia to ensure creative assets reflect local market nuances while staying on-brand globally.
Quality Control & Process – Establish creative review workflows, templates, and asset libraries to improve consistency, speed, and quality across the growing volume of marketing and platform design requests.
