Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements and best practices.
- Following standard engineering and production work procedures and instructions.
- Plan process workflows and analyse production data and trends to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- To train and mentor employees to align their actions and decisions with the organization’s core values.
Requirements:
- Dip / Deg in Precision / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline.
- Have experience to promote 5S or LEAN manufacturing knowledge in production area.
- Understand Engineering drawings.
- Good problem solving skills.
