Job Scope:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for community care services.
- Oversee service delivery, quality, governance, and operational performance.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, supporting workforce planning and capability building.
- Build partnerships with healthcare, social service, government, and community stakeholders.
- Strengthen integrated care pathways and community engagement initiatives.
- Manage departmental budgets, compliance, risk management, and reporting requirements.
- Support programme sustainability, funding initiatives, and organisational planning.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business or relevant
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Working Hours : 5 days, 8am to 5pm
