Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 7:30pm
Weekend standby may be required when there are events
About the Role
Our client is looking for a professional and service-oriented Guest Relations Officer / Corporate Butler to provide a high standard of hospitality and guest services within a premium corporate environment.
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Front Desk, Concierge, Customer Service, F&B Service or Corporate Reception who enjoy interacting with people and delivering an excellent service experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests, visitors and VIPs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide personalised assistance and respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries.
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth overall guest experience.
- Escort guests to meeting rooms or designated areas when required.
- Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments to guests and meeting attendees.
- Ensure meeting rooms, reception areas and guest facilities are presentable and ready for use.
- Assist with meeting room preparation, including basic equipment and AV setup.
- Support corporate meetings, functions and events, including setup and teardown.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, facilities and other internal teams on guest requirements.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and workplace etiquette.
- Perform other guest service and hospitality duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Customer Service, Concierge, Front Desk, F&B Service or Corporate Reception will be advantageous.
- Candidates with strong customer-facing experience from other service industries are welcome to apply.
- Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and presentable when interacting with corporate guests and VIPs.
- Comfortable providing beverage and hospitality service.
- Able to handle guest requests calmly and professionally.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Basic familiarity with meeting room or AV equipment will be an advantage.
- Willing to support events and be on standby during weekends when required.
