Project Executive (0-1 Year Experience)

Originally US is growing, and looking for a Project Executive who's keen on a project management career and eager to work on meaningful digital products in a fast-moving consultancy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: You will support the delivery of projects across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning through to quality assurance and launch. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will receive structured guidance as you build your project management foundation. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with our design and development teams to keep deliverables on track and projects moving forward, and start building direct relationships with clients across different time zones and cultures.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Project Managers across the full lifecycle coordinate between teams to maintain momentum assist in defining and documenting project scope support client communication (meeting prep, follow-ups, records of decisions) track tasks, timelines, and deliverables capture meeting notes and translate them into action items document requirements and change requests progressively take ownership of defined workstreams support QA coordination and launch readiness.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Degree or Diploma in any discipline is welcome. A background in business, technology, design, or communications is advantageous though not required, we place greater weight on attitude, initiative, and potential. We look for someone self-motivated with a strong eye for detail, good organisation, communication, and presentation skills, comfortable coordinating across teams and cultures, open to structured ways of working, and genuinely interested in how digital products get built.

BONUS: Familiarity with Monday.com, Figma, and Slack interest in using AI tools for coordination, documentation, and workflow efficiency curiosity about prompt engineering.
