• Perform full facial treatments tailored to individual customer skin needs and conditions
• Conduct professional skin analysis and provide personalized consultation to address customer concerns
• Introduce and sell skincare products that meet customers' specific needs and concerns
• Greet customers warmly and respond to enquiries to ensure a positive customer experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships and rapport with customers to encourage loyalty
• Maintain a professional, safe, and clean working environment following industry standards
• Demonstrate a positive working attitude to support team collaboration and customer satisfaction
• Carry out other ad hoc duties assigned by management as needed
