About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Management Executive / Associate to support management in project coordination, ERP-related initiatives, and cross-department matters, including regular coordination with our China factory.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising information, following up on tasks, working across teams, and supporting management-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support ERP implementation projects, including coordination with vendors and internal departments
Assist in preparing project papers, business plans, reports, and presentations
Coordinate with internal departments on assigned management-level matters
Act as a liaison with the China factory for project updates, information exchange, and documentation
Track action items, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
Prepare progress updates and follow-up reports for management
Support meetings by taking notes and tracking outcomes
Assist with ad-hoc projects and coordination tasks as required
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
2-5 years of relevant working experience in:
Project coordination
PMO / management support
ERP or enterprise system support (advantage)
Comfortable working with multiple departments and overseas counterparts
Good written and spoken English
Mandarin-speaking ability required to coordinate with China factory (reading/writing Chinese is mandatory)
