Asset Management Analyst - (CT-FNC240715 003/01)

As a multinational leader in the information technology and electronics industry, our Client is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join their team.

The Role:

As a  Asset Management Analyst , you will be responsible for the following:

1. Manage and drive the Asset Management’s service delivery processes for Managed Services’ outsourcing clients
2. Ensure accuracy of all IT hardware and software assets database meets the contractual obligations of the Service Level Agreements
3. Verify procedures are developed, maintained and enforced for all service delivery activities and audits
4. Maintain accuracy in inventory data collection, storage, tracking and maintenance of IT hardware and software information
5. Co-ordinate with vendors on all aspects of the Agreement, including acquisition, software distribution and technical support requirements
6. Monitor and ensure all assets are tagged in accordance with the quality control standard
7. Provide periodic reports on the progress of Asset Management’s activities
8. Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in IT or Computer Science
2. At least 1 year of experience in IT environment
3. Must be well versed in Basic IT Technical Skills and Microsoft Applications
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a pre-requisite
5. Strong in English communication, both oral and writing skills
6. Pleasant personality and ability to work independently
