Location: Novena Healthcare

Salary: $12/hour (during temp peroid)

Duration: 3 month Temp to 1-Year Contract

Working Hours: Office Hours, 5.25 Days Work Week

Job Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally
Provide accurate information and assistance to patients and members of the public
Perform data entry and update records in the system
Escalate complex cases when required
Support other administrative duties as assigned
