Location: Novena Healthcare
Salary: $12/hour (during temp peroid)
Duration: 3 month Temp to 1-Year Contract
Working Hours: Office Hours, 5.25 Days Work Week
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally
- Provide accurate information and assistance to patients and members of the public
- Perform data entry and update records in the system
- Escalate complex cases when required
- Support other administrative duties as assigned
