Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Production Management: Oversee night shift operations, ensuring daily production targets and schedules are met.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, motivate, and manage performance for production operators.
- Safety & Quality: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, maintaining a 5S/6S compliant work environment.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve production bottlenecks, equipment failures, and technical issues during the shift.
- Reporting & Handover: Provide detailed reports to day-shift management and ensure smooth communication with incoming staff. Jobstreet Singapore +4
Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical field.
- Experience: Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, often in MNCs or high-tech sectors.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Flexibility: Ability to work 12-hour shifts or permanent nights
