Details:
- 1 Year Contract (convertible / extendable)
Duties:
- Coordinate day-to-day stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on action items.
- Organise meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, minute-taking, and tracking of decisions and deliverables.
- Manage and monitor project pipelines, including proposals, progress updates, risks, and next steps.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, coordinate initiatives, and support project development.
- Support project and funding coordination by preparing materials, tracking discussions, and assisting with operational and administrative processes.
- Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and progress updates to support decision-making.
- Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up on outcomes.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in related industry
- Comfortable following through across multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management and organisational skills
