Customer Service Coordinator

Description
- Communicate and coordinate service timings and dates between Ops and Sales department across all teams
- Ensure that schedule is accurately updated on a daily basis
- Weigh and plan the best possible route for technicians to maximize productivity
- Coordinate and support the arrangement for all service visits
- To identify, feedback and rectify any clashes on time promptly
- Monitor the daily service done and escalate the scheduling issues to supervisor and line managers
- To retrieve requests by clients and/or remarks by the technicians recorded during the visit and convey to the relevant department
- To raise credit and debit note request when required with approval.
- To facilitate technicians’ work by housekeeping system’s data such as location sequence and special instructions.
- Handling inbound call from and outbound call to clients when necessary.
- Other administrative jobs.
Requirements
- Familiarity or experience with Customer Service and Administration a must
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
- Service-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Ability to coordinate and plan routes is a must
