Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Communications
- Develop and manage outreach materials across channels, including social media,websites, and presentations.
- Craft clear and engaging content aligned with brand voice and target audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure consistency in messaging and delivery.
- Review and proofread communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality.
Programme Management
- Support the planning and delivery of outbound short-term mobility and virtual/blended programmes, including initiatives such as the Winter and Summer Programmes.
- Coordinate end-to-end operations encompassing student management, partner/internal stakeholders engagement, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Liaise with overseas partners and internal stakeholders on logistics, credit transfer, and other programme-related matters.
- Advise and support students on academic and pre-departure matters, including course matching, credit transfer processes, and travel arrangements, financial aids.
- Manage mobility systems, student records, indemnity documentation, and programme fee administration.
- Administer post-programme surveys and analyse feedback to enhance programme outcomes.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, and prepare reports and insights.
General Support
- Provide logistical support for internal stakeholders; students and outreach activities/events, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, material production and shipments etc..
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data analysis using Microsoft Office tools. Support daily operations and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned to support team priorities.
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Good skills in marketing and outreach with capabilities in social media and campaign analytics
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience
Contract duration : 1 year
Working Arrangement:
Monday to Friday: 9 – 6pm
Location: Nanyang Ave
Salary: S$ 3,500 to S$4,500
