Business Partnership
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide proactive HR advice and solutions.
Support organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting.
Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all business functions.
Talent Acquisition
Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and manpower planning.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition approvals, sourcing, interviewing, salary proposals, and onboarding.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
Employee Relations
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
HR Operations
Ensure employee records and HR systems are maintained accurately.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
