About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative digital products. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to build products that solve business challenges, enhance user experience, and drive digital transformation through automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, development, quality assurance (QA), product launch, and continuous enhancement.

• Identify, prioritize, and deliver new product features that improve client operations, business processes, and overall user experience.

• Drive automation initiatives and integrate AI-powered capabilities to reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and support digital transformation objectives.

• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, vendors, and external partners, to deliver high-quality product solutions.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and strategic priorities.

• Create clear product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, user journeys, and customer journey maps.

• Perform and coordinate quality assurance activities for products, features, functionality, and supporting collateral to ensure high standards before release.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product requirements, user guides, release notes, training materials, and related documentation.

• Monitor product performance using key metrics, analyze feature adoption and user feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new product opportunities.

• Present product updates, roadmaps, and progress to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role.

• Proven experience managing digital products throughout the full product lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience managing product backlogs.

• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

• Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of automation technologies, AI-enabled solutions, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
