Job Responsibilities
* Support the end-to-end processing of two payroll cycles each month, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
* Prepare, validate and process payroll inputs, including new hires, resignations, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions and salary adjustments.
* Perform payroll verification, reconciliation and pre-payroll validation to ensure payroll accuracy.
* Assist in statutory submissions, including CPF, IRAS and other regulatory requirements.
* Respond to employees' payroll-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Prepare payroll reports, payroll journals and reconciliation reports for Finance.
* Support payroll testing, data validation and issue resolution arising from the HRMS/payroll system migration.
* Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
* Perform other payroll and HR administrative duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accountancy or a related discipline.
- Able to work staggered work hrs : 800 - 530; 830 - 600; 900 - 630, - Be able to work excessive overtime past working hours during payroll running in end mth and mid mth for OT run
* Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
* Experience managing multiple payroll cycles within a month and working under tight payroll timelines.
* Good knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation, including the Employment Act, CPF, IRAS and statutory payroll requirements.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and formulas).
* Meticulous, analytical and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet payroll deadlines.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience supporting or participating in an HRMS or payroll system implementation or migration project will be an added advantage.
* Experience in payroll User Acceptance Testing (UAT), parallel payroll runs, payroll reconciliation and data validation.
* Experience using payroll systems such as Darwinbox, SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors or other HRMS/payroll platforms.
* Immediate availability or ability to commence work at short notice is preferred.
