Junior Operations Executive

About Us
We are a Radio Accounting Authority (RAA) providing communications billing services to the maritime industry.
Position: Junior Operations Executive
We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our Operations team. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline
- Basic computer literacy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to queries from customers and satellite service providers
- Process and action customer requests
- Process monthly billing information received from satellite service providers
- Handle activation and deactivation requests for Inmarsat-C terminals
- Maintain accurate operational and billing records
- Support daily operational activities as assigned
- Following up with customers on payments
Salary
$2,500 - $3,000
