Job Objective

· Support blended learning journey for our learners to achieve superior learning experience and successful skills outcome.
· Be a subject matter expert and mentor students throughout their learning journey
· Learning Delivery and Operations Management – Execute eduCLaaS’ courses in accordance with its well-defined learning delivery, learning operations and learning technology policies and procedures in order to achieve best results in learner satisfaction.
· Financial Management – Responsible to execute the various cohorts/programmes with time, budget and P&L. Leverage the use of data analytics to analyse the profitability of the programmes.

Requirements

Technical Skills and Competencies

· Extensive experience in Programme Management
· Well versed in Education/University frameworks
· Good skills in Financial and Risk Management
· Good understanding of Educational Technology and its implementation.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree is required.
· Proven experience as a facilitator, speaker, or coach.
·5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning
· Strong communicator.
· Great empathy skills.
· Assess the training needs of learners and adjust your delivery accordingly.

· Working knowledge of the following:

o Sound foundation and advanced level understanding of R Programming, SQL, Python, Machine Learning, AI, Spark, Statistics

o Python base packages as Numpy, Pandas, Scikit learn, Seaborn & MatplotLib

o Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau,PowerBI) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop, Spark)

o Azure Machine Learning knowledge especially with data and ML stack is a plus

o High proficiency with standard database skills (e.g., SQL), data preparation, cleaning, and wrangling/munging.

· Good to have

o Microsoft Power BI certification

o Microsoft Machine Learning certification
