Barrington James has been exclusively mandated by our Pharmaceutical client to look for their next Channel Leader to establish and drive growth of the exciting and dynamic distributor markets in APAC. This is a newly-created white canvas opportunity – you'll define the strategy, build the partnerships, and drive the growth of this crucial market segment.

What You Can Expect:

Lead and develop the distributor market business across APAC : This is your chance to be a pioneer! You'll design the roadmap, identify commercially attractive markets and partners, and build a high-performing network to maximize market penetration.
Drive profitable revenue generation : You'll leverage both tender and private market opportunities to achieve ambitious growth plans for the distributor market.
Provide strategic advisory on portfolio (molecule) assets : Your deep understanding of the market will be invaluable in assessing the commercial viability of assets and ensuring prioritisation of the right opportunities.
Gain high visibility among the commercial leadership team : As a key player in their commercial strategy, you'll have a direct line to C-suite leadership and the opportunity to shape the future of our business.

Qualifications & Requirements:

At least 8-10 years of commercial pharmaceutical experiences, of which 2-3 years proven track record in managing and growing a profitable Pharmaceutical distribution market business in the APAC region.
Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and commercial acumen.
Strong ability to work cohesively with distributors and ensure profitability partnership outcomes
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in both tender and private markets.
Strong IT skills to gather market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities through data-driven insights.
