Your responsibility includes conducting thorough research and analysis on the competitors to understand the strengths of our products in the industry and at the same time to constantly onboard new solution partners. You will also be responsible for championing and ensure consistency of promoting the companys brand through multiple channels. For this role, you have to be a creative, intuitive and analytical thinker that sources and promotes new products of latest technologies that match the core expertise of the company in advanced integrated solutions. You should possess in-depth knowledge of various product marketing techniques, such as email campaigns, social media marketing, SEO strategy etc. Your goal is to develop and execute plans to position and promote the company brand and its products.

Key roles and responsibilities:

Reports to Presales Dept, under the Snr Director of Presales
Drive the companys brand awareness and engagement with industry players, customers, and solution partners.
Research and identify solutions that are worth pursuing and align with company strategic goals.
Assess and onboard potential solution partners with products that are in line with industrial trends and meet targeted customer needs.
Develop partner selection criteria and process to ensure successful partnerships.
Work with legal and contract colleagues to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
Develop clear and compelling product positioning and strategy in line with industry needs and company’s vision.
Analyze competitors’ product features, pricing, and marketing strategies to gain competitive advantages for products of the company.
Conduct business reviews with sales colleagues and solution partners to assess progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Plan and execute successful product marketing campaigns.
Represent the company at industry conferences and partner events and to promote and expand our network and showcase our capabilities.
Create marketing collateral, such as data sheets, presentations, etc.
Conceptualize, plan and execute targeted marketing programs for lead generations, business development and customer education.
Define KPIs, track marketing metrics, and report on marketing programs performance.
Manage and nurture relationships with solution partners to strengthen collaboration and drive mutual growth.
Be responsible for regular updates of website and social media of the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and communication or business-related field.
At least 5 years of experience in related field and role.
Knowledge and experience in both product management and marketing.
Possess soft skills for effective execution of role including decision-making, collaboration, analytical and relationship management.
Good grasp of technology trend and technically inclined.
Experience in creating strong, engaging, and informative marketing copy and content.
Proven successes in solution marketing programs for telecommunications and IT industries
Lead, maintain and build company content in social media, Linked-In, Facebook, etc
Able to work independently in high pressure and fast-paced environment.
Familiar with mobile communications, cloud technology, data analytics, cybersecurity and IP networking.
Good command of English language in written and verbal communication
