As Product Lead Manager you will manage and provide technical leadership for a product or product family to ensure the product is delivered through manufacturing to the highest level of quality and robustness. You will be the point of contact for all aspects of the product.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

Responsible for risk management, continued process verification, change management and knowledge management associated with their product portfolio.
Own all technical complexities, risk and decision making for respective product or product family
Provide leadership and guidance on all technical aspects of a product or product family
Technical expert on site for product or product family
Manage process validation for products using continued process verification as per product lifecycle management requirements
Establish and maintain product knowledge expertise, ensuring critical processing knowledge is translated effectively to operational personnel
Manage technology transfer for respective products
Collaborate to define product standards across multiple manufacturing sites
Responsible for understanding, managing and influencing the technical elements of the product lifecycle on behalf of Global Manufacturing Supply

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Experience with Failure Mode Effects Analysis techniques
Experience with International Code of Harmonization for the current Good Manufacturing Practices
Bachelor’s, PhD or Master of Science degree in related scientific or technical discipline such as Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Engineering
Knowledge of unit operations within Dry Powder Inhalers, Metered Dose Inhalers, or Oral Solid Dose
Experience in technology transfer and process validation
Proven track record in data management, project management and execution, and cross functional leadership capabilities
Understanding of control strategy principles and application
Problem solving skills
Ability to lead cross-functional projects
Effective communication, negotiating and influencing skills
