Job Purpose

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to both the CEO and the CHRO of Sun Life’s High Net Worth business.

Major Accountabilities

Provide comprehensive executive assistance to the CEO and CHRO
Manage calendars, correspondence, and travel arrangements
Assist with expense management and e-signatures for leadership team
Coordinate with global and regional teams on various initiatives
Assist with event planning and logistics
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO and CHRO
Provide cover for EAs as necessary in Singapore

Requirements

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software
Ability to work with sensitive information confidentially
Knowledge of international travel requirements and visa processes
