As a Regional Technical Service Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role to lead technical service operations across APAC. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction for Avitum equipment

Your key responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and act as senior escalation point for service issues.
Define and execute regional service strategies, set KPIs, and drive operational consistency.
Ensure compliance with APAC medical device regulations and international standards (ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP).
Lead and develop technical teams across multiple countries through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Partner with sales and commercial teams to support product launches, service readiness, and customer escalations.
Manage stakeholder relationships across diverse APAC markets with strong cross‑cultural communication.
Oversee audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Travel across APAC as required to support regional operations.

What you will bring to the team:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, IT, or Mechatronics Engineering will be advantage)
Over 10 years in a technical service role (preferably regional or multi-country)
Experienced in the installation, repair, and maintenance of medical equipment
Knowledge of quality standards and compliance
Good command of the English language
Hands-on experience with HD equipment (e.g., HD, CRRT, water treatment systems)
Experience with Digital Solutions related to dialysis systems or implementation
Knowledge of Service Management Tools (e.g., ServiceMax)
Familiar with ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP, or equivalent standards
