Job Description

Report to the President and the Executive Vice President, to coordinate and manage business operations for franchise set-up and franchise instruction in the Asia and Oceania region.
Support the President and the Executive Vice President to coordinate business operations in regional countries and map out operational strategies for the next 3 to 5 years.
Coordinate with Japan head office and regional countries in the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
Lead the Singapore business operation team in the management and development of Singapore’s franchise network.
Arrange and coordinate Management meetings between RHQ and the regional countries.
Create and manage effective cooperation with the regional countries.

Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s degree.
Experience in managing companies in a minimum of two (2) overseas countries in the region.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in franchise business in the education field.
Had exposure to a wide range of business operations.
Deep understanding of developing franchisees – operations, customer relations, promotions, marketing, and educational method etc.
Skills in planning and analysing business plan.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to engage employees at all levels.
Able to interface with Japan head office and regional country counterparts in Japanese. Having Japanese Language Proficiency Level of JLPT N1 or it's equivalent is essential.
