Our team is growing and looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who is at the start of their career and excited to build meaningful digital products and grow in a fast-moving consultancy environment. Fresh graduates are preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work across the full product lifecycle, with the mentorship of experienced designers and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and clients.

Core Responsibilities

Support UX research such as client workshop/discussions, stakeholder interviews, user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and desk research
Create user journeys, moodboards, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes
Design high-fidelity UI screens for both mobile and web applications
Craft design ideas, rationale, and verbalise concepts clearly to internal teams and clients
Contribute to building and maintaining design systems
Participate in client presentations and internal design reviews
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasibility and design integrity
Iterate designs based on feedback, research findings, and testing results

You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

What we’re looking for

We welcome graduates from related field of study such as digital/communication/interaction design with at least 3 years of formal education in these areas.

Internship experience or school projects demonstrating UI/UX capability will be highly valued.

Foundational Skills

Strong understanding of UX fundamentals such as user-centred design, usability principles, and information hierarchy
Ability to communicate your design thinking clearly
Competency in creating wireframes and visual UI layouts
Familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems and design principles
Familiarity with tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar to produce sitemaps, user and market research documents, user journey maps, wireframes and mockups.
Detail oriented
Basic understanding of responsive design and mobile-first thinking
Open to learning structured, research-driven workflows
Comfortable receiving and applying feedback
Able to justify and present design decisions with research, reasoning, and user insights

You do not need years of experience, but you should demonstrate strong fundamentals and potential.

Interest in using AI tools to support research, ideation, and workflow efficiency
Curiosity about prompt engineering and integrating AI meaningfully into the design process
Strong visual craft and attention to detail
Strong interest and awareness in designing for regional audiences and localisation awareness
Experienced in crafting visuals, including typography, layout systems and micro interactions
Interest and ability to create distinctive visuals, including mascots or brand visuals
Experience with prototyping tools and interaction design
Knowledge on motion graphics and interaction animation
