Responsibilities
Provide DCS/SIS, SCADA/FastsTool/STARDOM & ExaQuantum product after sales service support to Internal/External customers.
Receives and processes customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered, and supports customers through specialized technical or scientific knowledge/product applications.
Maintains an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff, particularly those focused on technical applications of the product or service.
Manage and Communicate with Local country office & YHQ Global Response Centre to solve problems or issues.
Global Dispatch support for YCO Troubleshooting/commissioning to meet customer satisfaction.
Perform 24 hours standby duties which include emergency oversea dispatch in short notice.
Assist Response Center Manager to handle and follow up with crisis-report, service note, complex issue, & affiliate dispatch request etc.
Requirements
At least 4-6 years’ experience with control system engineering such as Centum-VP, Prosafe-RS, SCADA, STARDOM, ExaQuantum/Exaopc/PI/PXiSE or PLC engineering or equivalent.
Good Servicing & Maintenance troubleshooting skill set with experience in Distributed Control System, Prosafe-RS & Networking (L2/L3/Firewall)
