Manage stored inventory and strike a balance between excess and shortfalls
Monitor usage trend and plan purchases
Raise PR for planned and unplanned purchases
Monitor PR until spare arrives
Manage 'Beyond Economical Repair' spares and follow up replenishment
Prepare monthly reports related to spares usage and consumption levels
Indent spares, monitor and ensure delivery to user
Liaise with client on spares matter
Perform some hands-on packing spares may be required occasionally
Arrange and take part in stocktaking

Requirements:

NTC or Diploma in any Engineering field or Logistics/Supply Chain
Meticulous in planning and inventory tracking
Experience in using SAP MM is advantageous
Proficient in MS Excel
Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
Reconcile ambiguities and uncertainties with operations and clients
Independent with problem solving skills
