About the role

The legal team provides legal and corporate secretariat support to the rest of the Endowus team. We are looking for a part-time legal intern to assist the legal team with day-to-day legal and corporate secretarial matters. The role will also have the opportunity to participate in new strategic projects such as supporting business teams in launching new financial products.

The scope of the role include:

Providing administrative support to the legal team, including filing, proof-reading, copying, organising documents;
Assisting in corporate matters including fund-raising, due diligence queries, certification or notarisation of documents, group structuring;
Researching on legal and regulatory developments;
Liaising with other teams and external counterparts where necessary;
Other ad-hoc administrative matters

Skills, qualifications and requirements:

Ability to commit part-time for at least 6 months from Jan 2026
Completed at least first year of law school or diploma in legal studies
Independent, meticulous, attentive to details, and strong organization skills
Strong communication and written skills
Interest in working at a Fintech start-up, investing and financial regulations
