Job Responsibilities:

Manage sales inquiries and prepare proposals related to the sale of vacuum pumps and systems.
Coordinate with factories, outsourced vendors, and subcontractors to develop General Arrangement (G.A.) drawings, P&ID, and related documentation using 3D SolidWorks (mandatory requirement), with partial support from internal teams.
Support the sales team by engaging customers on a day-to-day basis, including follow-ups on quotations and providing technical clarifications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries from customers, contractors, and distributors.
Monitor, track, and report quotation activities, and participate in the monthly reporting process.
Oversee the engineering, fabrication, and performance of small to medium-sized vacuum systems, including responsibility for fabrication costs, supervision of fabrication activities, system performance, and on-time delivery to customers.
Coordinate and manage the execution and performance of large vacuum systems manufactured by other Busch Group companies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required; a degree in Process Technology or Chemical Engineering is a plus.
3 to 4 years of working experience in application engineering and sales support.
Proficiency and exposure towards mechanical equipment is needed for this role.
Basic understanding of Electrical systems and mechanical construction.
Project management experience will be a bonus.
Possess communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders (eg. EPC, Consultants, etc.).
