Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support the University’s Smarter Operations agenda. This role leads the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions with our technology partners that enhance productivity and operational efficiency across departments. The successful candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders and external vendors to translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions, including Smartsheet, Dynamics 365 CRM, RPA platforms (Uipath or Power Automate) and other similar applications.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Organisatioal Excellence, this role will:

Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new systems and ways of working.
Manage the deployment and continuous improvement of Smartsheet and other enterprise applications to build cross-functional capabilities.
Partner with vendors and business users to design, develop, and implement integrated system solutions.
Analyse end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
Elicit and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
Oversee solution documentation, including process designs, test plans, and user guides.
Ensure operational stability and performance of implemented solutions.
Coordinate training and provide guidance to end-users on system usage and best practices.
Stay informed of emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to existing solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years’ experience leading similar enterprise application adoption or digital transformation programmes.
Proven deployment experience with Smartsheet, Dynamics 365 CRM and its pre-built agents, or other collaborative work management platforms that we may introduce in the future.
Strong ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Demonstrated expertise in programme management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a complex environment.

Preferred Certifications:

Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt).
Change Management
