Job Description

Responsibilities of the role:

Client Relationship Management
- Lead, drive and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders across intermediary platforms, with a focus on private banks
- identify and cultivate client relationships to expand market reach and revenue opportunities

Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive business and sales plans for key clients to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Stay on top of sales strategy and performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Proactively address client challenges related to product and investor engagement

Product and Market Expertise
- Serve as trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Invesco funds, regularly engaging with clients to highlight strengths and positioning
- Anticipate market trends and client demands, leading rollout of new strategies or bespoke solutions tailored to client needs

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders globally across Investments, Marketing, Product, Legal and Compliance to optimize sales processes and client servicing

Leadership & Team
- Foster high performance and collaborative culture within the team

Requirement for the Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline
10+ years experience in sales capacity in asset management or fund advisory
Deep understanding of distribution in region and investment products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence and build trust
Strategic thinker with proactive, client-centric mindset.
