Responsibilities

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to DHL Supply Chain (DSC) APAC senior leaders, supporting the delivery of people priorities that enable business objectives and organizational growth.

The role provides end-to-end HR partnership and operational support to the DHL Supply Chain (DSC) APAC Regional Office and China , covering key areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. The HRBP partners closely with business leaders to deliver people solutions that support business objectives, ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and company policies, and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

To be successful in this role, you will bring experience working within a complex, matrixed organization and possess a strong blend of strategic HR business partnering and hands-on HR operations expertise. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders while managing the full employee lifecycle and delivering an exceptional employee experience across the organization.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned business functions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategies and workforce matters.
• Lead key initiatives across talent management, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on employment practices, workplace matters, and company policies.
• Ensure adherence to employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
• Support the rollout of regional and global people programs across the Regional Office.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) and shared services teams to deliver effective people solutions.
• Contribute to organizational change, transformation, and HR digitalization initiatives.
• Analyze workforce trends and insights to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning.
• Champion a positive employee experience and an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Manage entire employee lifecycle for China, i.e. recruitment, HR business partnering, operational HR administration, payroll coordination, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional HR certification would be advantageous.
• 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multinational and matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, HR practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and offboarding.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business leaders and provide practical people solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), with the ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• High attention to detail, coupled with a structured and disciplined approach to work.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), workforce planning, or regional HR initiatives would be an added advantage.
