Proposed Job Scope:
1. Welding Operations(MIG, TIG, ARC/Stick)
- Perform welding on various metals (e.g. stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum) in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal components
- Carry out repair works by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts
- Perform tack welding to ensure proper alignment before final welding
2. Flame Cutting &Material Preparation
- Cut metal sheets, plates, and pipes using oxy-acetylene or plasma cutting equipment
- Preheat workpieces using hand torches to prevent cracking during welding
- Use angle grinders, portable grinders, or chipping tools to remove excess weld, slag, or spatter
- Prepare materials by cutting and beveling edges prior to welding
3. Layout, Fitting &Interpretation
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
- Measure and mark materials using appropriate measuring tools (e.g. tape measure, square, calipers)
- Assemble components and set up jigs or fixtures for fabrication and production
4. Equipment Maintenance& Quality Control
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
- Perform basic maintenance of welding and cutting equipment (e.g. torches, hoses, tips)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:-
- At least one year experience
- Strong and healthy
- OT required.
- Local & Foreigner workers are welcome
