Responsibilities:
- Work on social projects suck as exploring new business venture through research and financial modelling.
- Conduct thorough market research to support investment and business decisions.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential opportunities.
- Assist in preparing investment decks and investment proposals.
- Liaise with property agents, investors and other key stakeholders.
- Accompany senior team members on site visits to evaluate business model and potential real estate acquisitions.
- Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of investment analysis.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Meticulous in financial reporting.
- Experience with financial modelling, market research, and developing investment deck.
