We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business applications, operational processes, and system enhancement initiatives within a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them into user-stories.
- Analyse requirements to drive the design or review of test cases/business model/processes.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business or any relevant discipline
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
