Summary
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play an active role in identifying, engaging, and securing talent for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms and portals
- Screen incoming resumes and coordinate candidate shortlisting with the recruitment team
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare and send out offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-onboarding documentation
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, including documentation collection and orientation coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records
